Train like a U.S. Navy SEAL without enlisting

Only a true Navy SEAL  like Tom Mixon can look at the fitness-friendly Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail and see it as an intense training facility.

Mixon spent eight years as a Navy SEAL (Sea, Air, and Land), the elite special operations unit of the U.S. Navy. Now he instructs a Navy Seal Conditioning Course that meets five days a week for three weeks at 5:30 a.m. – rain or shine.
